Shipping Policy

1. Delivery Areas

We deliver to all 64 districts of Bangladesh. Inside Dhaka city we use our own delivery team; for outside Dhaka we partner with trusted couriers.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 1–2 business days.
• Outside Dhaka (major cities): 2–4 business days.
• Remote areas: 3–7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60 flat — FREE on orders above ৳2,000.
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120 flat — FREE on orders above ৳3,000.
• Heavy / oversized items (industrial fans, stabilizers) may carry an additional handling fee shown at checkout.

4. Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM on business days are processed the same day. Orders placed after 4:00 PM, on Fridays or public holidays are processed the next business day.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Bangladesh. Please have the exact amount ready — our delivery agent may not carry change.

6. Order Tracking

You'll receive an SMS + email with your tracking link as soon as your parcel is dispatched. You can also check status by logging into your account.

7. Failed / Missed Delivery

If you're unavailable, our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 more times. After 3 failed attempts the parcel is returned and the order may be cancelled.

8. Damaged in Transit

Please inspect the parcel before signing. If the outer box is visibly damaged, refuse delivery or open it in front of the delivery person and report immediately to support@bscollectionbd.com.
